Cash-out Refi in Albany, GA?
I'm having the hardest time finding a bank/credit union that will do a cash-out refi on a small multi-family building I have in Albany, GA. I want to use the funds to help with the downpayment on another multi-family in Georgia (not Albany). I have my financing lined up for the purchase (thought they could also do the refi), but the building in Albany is outside their footprint. Any leads on anyone doing cash-out refis would be great.
