Squatter issues in Big Island, Hawaii
I'm an out of state owner and I received a report of a squatter on my Kailua-Kona, HI property. It is a vacant lot. Can anyone recommend a lawyer, legal aid, etc who might be able to assist in settling this matter? I've already contacted the local police but they can't do anything since it is private property.
I want to get this squatter's cars towed but I'm not sure if I should contact a lawyer first.
