Aloha Hawaii Investors,

Anyone have any Experience or Tips in regards to this topic of Wholesaling ...

When you make an offer on an REO Property and want to Wholesale it to another Investor, do you use a Land Trust or LLC? Especially in Hawaii, which would be better and why?
