Can I rent out my entire home with an ADU?
Help me understand the ADU restrictions. I understand that the ADU renter has to have a minimum 6 month contract. But what happens when I move but want to keep the property? It seems to me like you can only landlord (either main house or ADU) if the owner is living in the property. Can I not keep it as a buy and hold?
