Saturday update on Idaho Landlord Eviction bill
For anyone who is interested, I met with Senator Brent Hill who is the Senate Pro Tem, and Rep Doug Ricks (R-Rexburg) this morning at a town hall. Rep Ricks assured me that HB 461 will be voted on Monday (last day to be heard there to make it to the Senate for most bills) and Senator Hill said it would likely go to Judicial (Senator Lodge is Chair) or State Affairs (Senator Lakey is Chair). We should be able to get a hearing in either committee.... fingers crossed for Monday's House vote. Brian
