Does Anyone Know of an Investor Friendly Agent and Mortgage Broker in the Chicagoland area?

Hi BP members,

I currently own a rental condo in the northwest suburbs of Chicago in Roselle (for 7 years) and am just starting to consider a 2nd property. Primary consideration is buy and hold; but also open to a flip if the price is right. I'm looking for any type of referrals for any of the following: investor-friendly real estate agent (primarily REO/foreclosure specialist); mortgage broker; real estate attorney - in the northwest or western suburbs of Chicago (Roselle, Schaumburg, Lombard, Downers Grove, etc.). Any recommendations would be GREATLY appreciated!!

@Gia Tomaszewski Hello Gia, We always refer Chris Puleo who is out of Schaumburg.  630-742-3198 is his cell.  He would be around today even if you wanted to reach out.

The great thing about Chris is if he can't do what you need he will align you with someone that can so he is a great starting point.

Hello Gia,

I'm out in the Fox Valley area, a bit south and west of you, and I run a local investors group called the Fox Valley Investors. However, I found a brand new REI BP group starting July 14th in Hoffman Estates that might fit your needs to find the perfect network! Here are some details:
