Are there any investors investing in higher end areas?

I am curious how are you guys ROIs and CCR numbers looking.

It doesnt matter if its on the North, South or West side and their suburbs. But for any investors that invest in Matteson, Tinley Park, Orland, and any other expensive south suburbs of Chicago what made you choose these markets?
