Hey all! I’m looking for a great property manager in the KC area! They must responsive, punctual, clearly lay it fees, communicate with me if something goes wrong with collecting rent and their solutions, laying out how well their maitinence program is, and overall professional with recommendations!

It’s been very hard to find a good PM so I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction!
