Ignoring Social Stigmas to Start in REI?
I have been a listener of the podcast for a couple of months now and have had this question on my mind for the same length of time. Should I continue living with my parents so I can focus on purchasing as many rentals as possible?
Here is a little background on me so you can help me with this answer.
I'm about to turn 25. I have a fantastic relationship with my parents and we respect each others' space. I make a higher than average salary for people my age (85k annually) but it involves me working a lot. Essentially living at my parents house is just a place for me to sleep. I know Brandon and Josh are huge advocates of house-hacking but I am not set on this being the answer since I will rarely be at the property. Also, I work nights and don't want to deal with other's noise during the day, or having to put restrictions on their living conditions. Any help on this would be great!
