Anyone can be an investor
The title above is what I have heard many times from the podcasts although I never really took it to heart until today. For the next to weeks I do not have primary income due to moving so I started working for this food truck place in Hawaii. The man I started working with has been preparing chicken and shrimp for years while working for this food truck and It didnt even cross my mind that he would be involved with real estate. We talked more and more while cleaning the shrimp together and he found out that I study real estate due to always having my headphones with me to listen to the bigger pocket podcasts and he stated that he has propert in Oregon, Colorado, and in Hawaii. Then he began to ask me the average rentals for a 3 bedroom 2 bath im Wisconsin since I am from there.
Lesson I have learned from this is to remain open minded no matter what the circumstance.
