Suggestion on Voting

Instead of Vote vs not voting, I think an Up-vote vs Down-vote could vastly improve the quality of the exchanges being posted.  It would allow the community to register a silent opinion without invoking raging arguments between individuals which typically get off the subject quickly.  Two icon suggest the intended meaning:
