Side jobs real estate related or otherwise
I work a comfortable 35 hours at a job I love. I have tried working there longer (up to 50 hours) and it just wasnt sustainable. I am saving for an investment property and currently live rent free with my parents.
The question I am posing is do you have any ideas for any jobs I can either work my own hours or that have somewhat flexible hours to make some extra side money.
As it stands now I make less than 20 000 a year which about 90% of that is going into my future investment.
