Seeking advice: Vacant lots
I have a found a dream lot right in town that, from what I gathered, was purchased in 2001 and now is vacant with just small studio on a .81 acre lot. The owner is not listed nor is any info on pricing or taxes. This has been off market for who knows how long, so what is the best way to track down the owner or find a point of contact?
