Any recommendations on a FHA 203k Broker in the Baltimore area?

I'm interested in buying a multifamily property in Maryland, and have decided to start my search by getting pre-qualified. I'm interested in a FHA 203k loan, or even just a FHA loan, but am not sure where to start. I've found a list of brokers on hud.gov, but after reading more on these forums, I realize how important it is to work with someone experienced with FHA and 203k loans. Does anyone have any referrals or insight to offer?
Has anyone invested in multifamily units in Baltimore? Any advice? Thanks!
