Small to Midsize Commercial Property Developer in Growth Stage
Hey guys,
I currently live in D.C. but am open to any opportunities in the Maryland, Northern Virginia, and D.C. area. I'm looking for a small to mid size property development company in the commercial space (Ideally developing self storage buildings or multi-unit residential buildings). I'm mainly looking to gain experience and learn about commercial development. If any of you guys know some top players in the space just company names would even help quite a bit.
I'm also willing to invest a small amount of equity as well. Are there any developers in the DMV area of this size? I don't have any formal experience in real estate development, but do have experience in Investment Banking - Corporate Finance. Not sure of the best place to start looking so I thought I would give it a shot by posting on BP.
