I'm looking to lease a residential home for a sober living facility ASAP, but have been having difficulty finding locations in the area.
My loose criteria:
- 5-6 BR
- 4,500 - 5,500 sq ft
- $6,000 - $8,500/month
- Owner is willing to lease to my sober living company (can provide additional details/documentation)
I'm having difficulty with top-of-funnel (ie. finding properties that meet the above criteria. Are there any suggestions on good residential leasing agents in the area?

I think that finding a house that large that is available for lease is a challenge. I once got hits by posting in Craigslist. You could also try obtaining a 3-4 bedroom with room to expand. Some homeowners would be willing to expand the home by converting the garage or basement into additional living space. Are you planning on having the home in Massachusetts M.A.S.H. certified? If so, that might help convince a landlord of your project.

@Edward Schembor maybe try partnering up with an investor to acquire the home you are looking for. Based on the rents your company is willing to pay I bet you could find someone to acquire the property you're looking to occupy if you're able to give them a multiple year lease agreement. Maybe attend local meetups (most are online right now in MA) and see if you can find a couple investors that would be interested in doing something like this.
