Best Places to Live and Invest in Massachusetts
I am moving to Massachusetts soon. I have a family of five. I have been searching for properties around the Boston area/suburbs. I can reasonably conclude that those properties are beyond my reach at the moment since they are mostly priced around $250K upwards, some are as high as over $1M.
My question is this: Since I am planning to move to Massachusetts, which cities with solid (good) schools /school districts would you guys recommend that are not far from Boston? I am looking at a drive about less than 45 minutes.
Is it possible to purchase a new construction (a 3+ bedroom per unit, duplex) that is less than $250K in today's market?What cities would have those kind of new construction/homes? Any useful tips would be appreciated.
I am still learning about real estate, so, please pardon my naivety.
