Detroit Average Budget/Loan options
Hi all! So I am a new investor headed to the Detroit area! :) I know there are bunch of properties out there at great acquisition prices but also in need of a lot of repair. What is an average budget that you guys seem to have when dealing with distressed properties and their acquisition+rehab costs? Also, what are the typical loans that you've found to work well for you in that area. Just trying to get an insight and game plan properly.
