Analyzing deals in the greater Twin Cities area.
Hey Fellow Minnesotans,
I am just trying to learn about our local rental market and good ways to do analysis. Such as does the 50% rule hold up well in the Minneapolis area? is the 1% rule a good fit for rents in this same area? And anything else that is useful in looking at deals here.
