New Minnesota Investor
Hi all, wanted to introduce myself. I am Tony, brand new into Real Estate Investing. I have long been an institutional investor in the stock market so I understand risk/benefit and utilizing capital. We are ready to diversify our investments, looking for both flip and BRRRR ops. We are located in the North Metro but we are willing to invest anywhere. We would prefer local for our first one just to get our feet wet. We have a long time loan officer so financing won't be an issue. Now the difficult part is actually finding something that is a viable investment. Any tips? Thanks so much!
