Reno, NV Lender Recommendations
In 2011 I bought a condo (Fannie Mae foreclosure) in Northwest Reno, NV (Robb Drive off of I-80). I lived in it for a couple of years, then moved away and turned it into a rental. It's been a great appreciation ride the last few years! I'm currently sitting at an 18% LTV.
I'm debating between selling it and moving the money to where I live or doing a cash-out refinance / HELOC. The problem is that I have zero connections in Reno.
Does anyone have any recommendations for lenders that work with investment properties for pulling out equity?
I'm leaning towards keeping it because I'm very bullish on Reno's future. It's a great city with lots going for it.
