Super high prices, tenant problems, low appraisal - reasons or excuses?! Doesn’t matter - it’s whiny and weak.
After everything REI has done for me - I second guess myself when things get tough?! So disappointing! Had a wake up call and got out of the funk today.
My pep talk to myself! If it was easy everyone would do it! I was homeless and now have 8 homes! You’ve overcome way more than these obstacles - have some faith!
Thought maybe some other people may have gotten down a bit too.
