What town are suitable in Middlesex county for Multiple family
I live in Woodbridge. It's very hard to find Legal Multiple family houses in this town. What town you suggest would be good to find Multiple family houses for investment? I find a lot of listing in Perth Amboy. Is it safe to invest there? I see crime rate is little high and it's most populated with a low-income Hispanic people group. Any help would be appreciated.
