New Jersey Double Closing

Hi All,

I'm an experienced investor and rehabber but have never wholesaled a deal (I'm generally the buyer).  Have a really great wholesale deal lined up and would like to orchestrate a double close.  Can anyone recommend a title company in NJ that will do this?

Appreciate any assistance you may have...
