South Jersey BRRR or flip
Hi. I'm new to real state investing and interested in BRRRR or flipping house near Cherry Hill, Maple Shade, Vorhees, Marlton. Does anyone have experience in this area? I run the numbers on a few single home family houses (all on the market) but the revenue looks pretty small on a flip 10-20k. Is it even possible? Foreclosure isn't available if I want to use FHA/conventional.
