I may have access to a 3-4 lot piece of land in Ewing, NJ and was wondering if anyone had experience with new builds in the area. I'd love to get some info in regards to builders, how it was dealing with the township, and expected price per foot for the build. Thanks in advance for any info.
The townships are not too bad code enforcement wise to build in NJ. NJ uses the same codes across every town and the paper work is pretty much the same for permits etc. Ex everywhere in the state uses same plumbing code: national standard plumbing code. So if you know what you're doing in this state and you're up on code you won't really have many issues.
Ahh good to know. I had a feeing maybe each plce was different, like they are with COs and such. Good to know. Thanks!
