seasoned flippers call for help on heating and cooling
I am working on a flip, where the numbers are a little tight, and I will do a really great job to be able to list at the top of what the area will let me.
I need to provide the house with new heating and cooling.
What would you do? HVAC system? or a hot water system with cool modern radiators and a split unit for AC.
this last one is easier for construction with less demolition, but I am not sure how it comes in cost and buyers perception.
Any other options in between?
Anyone who has been deciding on this issues?
