Pending sale - Buyer wants to extend inspection time to 30 days

Entering into attorney-review of pending sale contract.  Buyer is asking to extend the time to complete an inspection from 10 to 30 days.  Is this normal?  What is the risk of allowing them 30 days vs. 10 days?  FYI closing date will be end of Jan 2020 anyhow.
