Networking in New York
Hi All -
Hope everyone is doing well. I've been on the forums for a few months now, but thought I'd introduce myself more locally. I'm based in New York City primarily focused on investing in commercial multifamily apartments in and around the area. I've spoken to a number of property managers in the city already, including the one that manages my primary residence (co-op in Murray Hill), to get a gauge for the market dynamics, but would love to expand my network to meet with and speak to experienced investors, property managers, lenders, brokers, attorneys, CPAs, etc., to discuss best practices and strategies, whether it's in NYC or a surrounding area.
