Live in New York 20k to invest - What area should I look at?
Hey I've been watching BP's videos on youtube and listening to their podcasts for a while now.
I believe I have a good grasp on the House hacking technique. I want to use this method to start then gather enough capital to BRRR.
Which areas should I be looking into to start house hacking with good cashflow? Not opposed to looking out of state if need be.
