Does anyone know where I can find a general wholesale contract for NC?

Cameron, I would ask a local real estate attorney for one. Or attend a local REIA meeting and ask if anyone has one they would share. I know @Ian Kurela was wholesaling at one point in time, he might be a resource to ask for help.  

What's wrong with using Form 2-T? Also see other posts like North Carolina Wholesale Contracts and CHARLOTTE, NC.. WHOLESALING 101 & BASIC REHABBING. If you use Form2-T, make sure you disclose via a checkbox in section 7: "Seller represents that Seller:... does not yet own the Property."
