seeking Columbus OH mortgage broker
Hey Columbus folks, I am looking for a mortgage broker who would like to work with me to vet potential lease option tenant/buyers. The broker would provide me with an evaluation of the prospect's likely ability to obtain a loan within the next 24-36 months. I understand this would not be a formal pre-approval. However, it would be my hope that when the 24-36 months have passed, the tenant/buyer would then go to the broker for their mortgage.
Although it's not necessary, the broker would ideally also have—or could recommend—some sort of credit repair program.
I know it's a lot to ask for, but does anyone have someone who checks all of those boxes?
