Are you exceptionally organized and great at managing your time and completing tasks? Would you like to work alongside three entrepreneurs with a rapidly growing real estate company and have the opportunity to grow with the company?

If you think you have what it takes to be our Administrative Assistant and have 1+ years experience in general office tasks such as answering phones and responding to email messages, data entry, creating and organizing files, setting appointments, making travel arrangements, doing online research, handling incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence, creative marketing, and more…Then here is your opportunity!

We have an immediate need for a highly motivated, experienced Administrative Assistant to help us grow our real estate investment company based in Columbus, Ohio. This position will be a vital part of our team, so we need the right person who will take ownership of this role and grow with us. Any prior experience with real estate, mortgage, or title companies is definitely a bonus.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a self starter with high energy and have the ability to think quickly and learn on your feet.
  • Ability to handle the normal stress of managing multiple tasks for multiple team members at one time.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, work well under pressure, and multi-task efficiently.
  • Maintain high productivity with minimal supervision and achieve deadlines without being micro-managed.
  • Willing to take direction and follow our systems that are already in place, but confident and willing to bring new ideas to the table.
  • Must possess great telephone skills with the ability to take down pertinent information to pass along to recipient in a timely manner.
  • Must possess strong computer and typing skills and be highly efficient with using Google programs as well as MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Ability to provide creative ideas for marketing our properties for sale, as well as promoting our company and activities through social media, website, and local media.

JOB DETAILS

Base Pay $12/hr + (depending on knowledge & experience level) with opportunity for a pay increase after 90 day review

Part Time beginning at 30 Hours per week, M-F from 9am – 3:30pm (30min unpaid lunch) with the opportunity to become Full Time at 40+ hours per week
