Networking & Getting Started - Findlay, Ohio
Hello,
I just moved into the area and am looking to network, gather advice, and get my feet wet with my first rental property. My business partner and I have been looking to find a rental property for a few months, but haven't found anything yet. I would like to have 2-3 rental properties within 2 years and then plan to start looking at larger investments - any advice and anyone willing to chat would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Nick P. I just came across your post from a couple years ago. I'm from Findlay but live in BG. I see your goal was to have a couple rentals properties by now. How'd that work out? I hope you're on your way!

Thanks for getting this thread started up again; hadn’t seen this either. I am from Findlay as well, but living down in Columbus now. Have either of you made any moves in the Findlay market?
Yes, we have a few properties now in the area. If I recall correctly, I think we've spoken on the phone before for roofing quotes @Obadiah Roszman
