Looking into buying some properties in the greater Dayton OH area. I am being told by some RE agents that banks will not finance out of state investor. Anybody has any experience with this and if this is the case how did you deal with this. 

Hoping someone out there will be able to help me deal with this.

Depend on your lender if the lender can finance in those States where you want to invest.  Find out a bank who can finance in those states where you want to invest.
