New Investor Looking for Wholesaler's in Bethlehem, PA

Hi Guys,

I'm new to the BiggerPockets community but have been an avid follower of the Podcast (almost finished all the episodes). I live in the NJ/NY area and have been struggling to find deals. I've tried several months of yellow letters, driving for dollars, and MLS searches but it just seems there are not that many deals out there right now. I've decided that using the BRRRR method out of state is the best option for finding buy/hold deals right now. I'm not too familiar with PA but have heard Bethlehem has some decent opportunity. Can anyone tell me if there's a good REI group to attend or of any local wholesalers in that area?
