Multi Family Rentals in Philly vs Pittsburgh
Hi all! I am an agent/investor from Northern CA. I'm looking to diversify my investments and have narrowed it down to either Pittsburgh or Philly. I am looking exclusively at multi-family units for long term buy and hold. I got lucky in the Bay area to acquire a few properties at a decent price which cash flow quite well but it's getting harder and harder to find deals. Would love to hear from local agents and investors!
