Pawtucket office building - cap rate
Was checking out a medical office building for sale in Pawtucket that's been on LoopNet. Anyone know what cap rate I should expect in Pawtucket, RI? I'm from Massachusetts so I'm not up to date with RI. Current pricing puts it at 10% cap, but in a class C type area I would have thought something more like 12-13%. Looking for some insight, thx!
