Help with comps in Providence
Hey guys,
Trying to evaluate a 2 unit in Providence, having trouble finding comps for a 5 Bed 2 Bath on Amherst, which is in Olneyville but closer to Atwells. Rentometer is showing $2600 median but the comps do not seem...... comparable. They are all within 2 miles but outside of Olneyville. Anyone renting a similar unit in that area? Still just evaluating the property, I have not seen much of inside yet beyond a few photos. Thanks in advance!
