Investment Oppurtunities near Rock Hill/Mint Hill?
I am currently debating getting my South Carolina real estate license. I am in college so i am not incredibly mobile but Rock Hill and Mint Hill are definitely areas that I am able to serve right now. I primarily want to deal with investor clients because they are very pleasurable to work with as we share a passion. I was wondering if there are investment opportunities that I could show to potential clients around that area. If there is not that much opportunity in that area I might wait on getting my South Carolina license.
