Houston- First Time Home Buyer
Hi BP Investors,
I have a saving money (around 30k) and i am looking for SF Resident to buy, live and hold. Around Zip Code 77070, less than $150k would be great. This is the first time and i have no experience about buying house procedures. It looks like I need to get pre-approved from bank first ( Any bank recommend) and how much does it cost to get pre-approved? I am looking for how the buying and closing process and what I could do to save & stay on budget? Sorry if this post is not clear, any input would be appreciated deeply. Thank you.
