Investors near Victoria, TX

Hello,

I live in Oklahoma City and have been spending time building relationships and networking here and in my area. I just happened to get a property locked up in Victoria, TX. The property is 3bd/1ba 1696 sq ft. The roof is about 20 years old and has had hardwood floors put in about 7 years ago. Are there any good sources other than BP to connect with investors from Oklahoma City?
