Windstorms and hails in TEXAS

We have a rental in Keller, TX and Lubbock, TX.

I received reports of hail storms and windstorms from both property management companies, a month apart.

Our insurance policy for these properties keeps going up! We filed one claim (due to a damage to the roof due to a hail storm) a couple of years ago, and now these storms again!! 

Any other investors noticing increase in occurrences of BAD WEATHER EVENTS in TX?
