COMING TO LUBBOCK, NEED CONTACTS!
Hello BP members, as the title says I am headed out to Lubbock in a couple weeks to learn the area and begin the process of investing OOS. I am from CA and looking to grow my buy and hold portfolio. My current personal goal is 5K/month in passive income by the time I am 36. That's only 3 years away and too hard to do with local properties. This is my Big Harry Goal!
I am looking to connect with handymen, contractors, PM, and wholesalers in the area. Probably start off purchasing ready to go homes and then transitioning more into the BRRRR strategy.
