Round Rock - Buy and Hold, House Hacking

Hi everyone!

It seems like cash flowing multifamily properties are hard to come by in Austin. What is the market like in Round Rock? I'm looking to house hack, but would like to have the opportunity to move away after a few years and keep the property.
