CPA and Lawyer referral Snohomish or Skagit County
I am working on my taxes and feel that it is likely I should have a CPA with knowledge of 1031 exchanges and investment real estate. I'm filing an extension this year since I was working 60 to 70 hours a week for the last size months and am a little behind on my record keeping. I would prefer someone I can meet with in person periodically so want someone in my area. I didn't see anyone advertising on the BP services pages.
I also need an attorney. Again, I need them to be in my area and have an understanding of investment real estate and would also like them to be able to set up a trust for me.
Referrals I have received on BP have always been good ones so I'm hoping someone can point me to some good professionals. Thanks.
