Hello @Mandy Ellett . I Only have experience from the tenant side, but Olympic Rentals (olyrents.com) manages the property that I currently live in and they seem to be very professional. They currently manage over 500 doors, primarily in the Thurston County area. They offer online bill pay, respond quickly, and seem to have most processes in place to run an efficient business. I am not familiar with their rates though! Hope that helps.
