Building A Power Team In Washington State
Hello,
I am new to the Bigger Pockets Community and am excited to be contributing in whatever way.
Currently, I am a student at the University of Washington looking to take my passion for real estate investing to help me fund my tuition and student loans. However, after countless lunches with real estate agents, property management companies, closing agents, real estate attorneys, project managers (as opposed to GCs), mortgage lenders, hard money lenders, accountants, appraisers, and insurance agents, I feel quite overwhelmed regarding who I should work with. As I do desire to build a long term working relationship with at least one of each of the power team members listed above, does anyone have references they are willing to share regarding who they are currently working with and/or recommend?
After all the reviews I've looked at online and lunches I've attended, I can only learn so much from each (on top of the fact that I don't know which reviews are fallacious and which are genuine).
