I can recommend Rob Strohbusch at First Bank Financial Centre/Bank Five Nine up here in WI. He’s been extremely helpful and flexible with different properties, especially refinances and what those look like. He’s very good at “workarounds” as well, so if you have an unusual situation/property he always seems to have options.

I’ve had the best rates with local credit unions.  Check out the credit unions in Milwaukee.  

Blackhawk Credit Union works well with investors as well as Penfed is always a great resource
