I typically acquire a property once a year. I would be surprised if that changed. I will wait likely wait to buy until the foreclosures come back on the market. I buy mostly SFR in south Jackson/Byram. I'm not part of a company, just someone who saw an opportunity and took it.
I buy anywhere from 10-20 per year. Some buy and hold but mostly fix and flip. I'm primarily in Desoto county and Memphis (and all suburbs) but also purchase in Panola, Tate and Marshall counties.
I plan to purchase 2-3 properties in Jackson this year.
